More Fitness Tips From Here on In

Hey

I’ve been thinking about streamlining the blog to be more about fitness tips rather than the general dating basics and saving money to pay off debts stuff. I’ll still write about them from time to time, but from now on there will be more about what I eat and how I train to keep myself fit.

There will also be posts about discipline and how to keep your head in the game and not lose focus on your goals.

Just so you know though, I am still doing my save £1000 in 90 days to pay off debts – that’s been interesting so far. I’ve had a heavy spending month with a few standout expenses but I’m determined to keep on track.

So from now on I’ll have more posts on simple methods like…..

If you are a guy between 25 and 40 and you want to lose 12 lbs or more of your belly fat in 90 days, how would you do it?

Or if you’ve bought your gym membership, are feeling guilty about not going to the gym..and you just can’t get motivated to exercise….what do you do to get fitter and not spend anymore money on the gym?

BTW this one is quite common among my friends. Strangely, I have never gone to a gym or bought
membership. I always managed to do a sport (martial arts, climbing, running) that required more time or needed the outdoors. And also I couldn’t afford it. Funny that being a broke student actually helped in the long run! I found a lot of non-gym exercises to do that keep me fit.

Also, how you can still eat chips, drink beer and eat chocolate and still lose the fat…

…yeah I knew you’d be interested in that one!!

So in the coming days I’ll post up some stuff like this. Comments welcome!!

Micky

  1. This writing is made up of some quite engrossing info that one hardly ever finds out. And the point made is unavoidable – though in my eyes i cannot realize why this type of shift in attitude .
