Well, a very common occurrence in people who have more fat including love handles and belly fat is that they skip meals or delay eating meals
…like you may eat breakfast at 8 am but then not manage lunch until 3 pm a few days a week. You are just too busy to eat and you’ll do it when you get the chance?
Or you skip breakfast all together and stock up on something quick on the way to work?
Okay, now we are getting somewhere…
You see your body is like Oliver Twist: It doesn’t like to work all the time, be starving most of the time, eat crap with the nutritional value of crap most of the time and all it wants is to
Get some more good food for f#&^’s sake
A bit like Oliver except he was being polite.
But..but..but here’s what you do: you say ahhh I’ll just get it later
So tell me then? Have you ever wondered what your body then goes and does?
It says, okay I’ll just store this up in the best way possible so that I have what I need to survive…which means…MORE FAT
…and just for extra spice: LESS ENERGY
Ever wonder why you are tired a lot of the time even though you think you eat pretty healthily?
So what can you do to change it?
Okay he is my tip:
Make a journal for the next 7 days recording specifically what you eat each day (to the nearest 50 calories if possible) and importantly WHEN YOU EAT
Once you start building this information up, look at how long you spend between meals. If it is longer than 5 hours, shorten it. You may have to include a 4th meal. In fact I recommend it.
