Where Does It All End? – Once You Lose The Fat, What Next?
You know, sometimes you have to ask yourself the big questions:
Once I get a flat belly, lose the love handles, even get a six pack, what next?
As people we are always changing, even if we don’t realise it. We get older, we get wiser (or at least some of us do), we may get richer or poorer, we start having families. Taking control of your life and guiding it helps you see the change and appreciate it more.
You can even use it to your own advantage.
So if you have an image in your head of how fit you want to be and look in say, 90 days?…6 months?… a year?… 5 years?…what does that image look like?
A lot of the time we focus on getting the result, and this is a great motivator…but once you have the result, you have lost those inches of belly fat, or you have got bigger arms, or you have learned to sleep 7 or 8 hours each night without tossing and turning…what is your plan after it?
You see, even though it may seem obvious, the method I use and talk about isn’t going to keep the belly fat off if YOU STOP USING IT…
That’s the deal. Getting the result is one thing, but hopefully you will have learned and implemented a lifestyle change. Hopefully the habits you have formed will be strong and you will keep doing them…
That’s the only way you can maintain your new level of fitness…
…and that is the way with most good things: they give you a result and at the same time they change you at a deeper level. Make you a better person.
Because let’s face it, you always want to be a Better You…and if you can, Your Best You…and you know what, learning how to lose your belly fat and then implementing it to actually lose the fat AND be fitter will get you closer to being that Better You.
