A Musical Interlude…

Rather than just talking about belly fat I wanted to post a little snippet about my second album.

Yes strangely enough what with all the things I am doing I am still working my way through it.

Now I may have said before that I planned to Album No 2 it finished for Sept 15th but alas, no, I am still only half way through…

…and that is just the mixing!

But no fear dear friends, when I start cranking the handle and popping those little gems out you will know about it.

So my musical interlude and create lyrical motivation have been taking a backseat for the Flat Belly Fast project…

But they are still there, breathing quietly in the background!
