What is the easiest way to lose fat?…
Don’t eat so much of it…
well, maybe, but no..Okay maybe try move more eat less..
Okay better but still no because that you only end up losing a bit…and then getting stuck in a rut..
How about increase variety, intensity and amount…not bad, getting there…
How about really changing it up and going backwards when you go forwards, sideways when you want to go otherways, upways when you want to go downways…basically Willy Wonka time?
Too much, you think?
Well, the point of all this is that varying how you move and eat by thinking laterally instead of keep doing what you always do and expect any different..will actually get you more directly to fat loss than if you do just stick at what you are doing…
So if you are currently doing weights to lose fat..well add some cardio and not just one type of cardio..sprint, skip, hop, run and go slow…use your imagination…
If you have issues with eating more healthy foods, as in you don’t really want to!, then try spreading out what you eat to more times during the day, having a 1 day a week chocolate challenge…replacing some chips for an apple…be creative…
Why would you want to do any of this?
2 reasons:
- It keeps you excited focused and motivated
- It works
And it’s a hell of a lot better and fun then having to do excessive workouts and use a calorie counting chart…
